Sergei Sidorsky urges further measures to develop Union State

Prime Minister of Belarus Sergei Sidorsky urged taking further measures to develop the Union State. He made this statement during a meeting with Prime Minister of Russia Viktor Zubkov. Sergei Sidorsky said that Belarus-Russia integration will be accelerated by the decisions taken by Belarusian head of state Alexander Lukashenko at the end of 2007. For example, they allowed unifying 95% of customs tariffs of Belarus and Russia. The ministries and agencies of the two countries, experts have been working on implementing the decisions taken within the framework of the Union State. In the near future the tasks related to the formation of the Belarus-Russia Union State should be solved, Sergei Sidorsky said.
