Belarus to cut down number of licensable activities by 60%

MINSK, 7 October (BelTA) – The number of licensable types of activities will be cut down by more than 60%, Deputy Economy Minister of Belarus Andrei Tur said at the Transport and Logistics Congress in Minsk. Andrei Tur noted that the draft decree has been sent for finalization to extend the list of types of activities to be canceled. “The document on licensing should be submitted to the President on 2 November,” Andrei Tur said. According to him, the number of licensable types of activities should be reduced significantly. “The number of licenses will be cut down by 62-65%,” he added.
